Top Dividend Stocks You Hold?

Basically Im looking for div stock picks you guys hold.Personally I haven't bought a stock in years that doesn't pay a dividend. Currently I hold in order from biggest investment to smallest

1.KMP
2.RHY( just bought at 2.90, had a close to 43% yield, buy now its at 30%)
3.ACAS
4.AFN(bought in low 3's also has 30% yield)
5.DHF
6.PVX
7.HTE
8.PEP
9.PG
10.KO

Im taking a few huge risks with the mortgage backed security funds like RHY and aFN but I think with a 30%+ yield I bought at Im not too worried because their divis are paid monthly, KMP has been solid for me from mid 30's to now almost $60. I used to hold FRO but I sold out at $53 2 weeks ago. PEP,PG,KO are all safe to balance out my portfolio I will hold these 3 until I die.

I never looked into those ACAS got hammered today, KMP is one I plan on holding another 3 or 4 years I'm in in the 30's. Right now I would still buy some more but only a pullback.

Do any of you guys know anything about Municipal Bond Funds? I know municipal bonds yield tax free income, but there's a fun I'm looking at CMU or CXE.

Its yield is 6.2% annually and it says its 80% invested in muni bonds, now my question is, would this yield be tax free as well or would I pay regular tax on it. The reason I want to believe its tax free is bc the price has barely moved up or down in the past 5 years and I see it being just a yield hog, but at 6.2% tax free thats almost 10% in a safe play. Any help would be appreciated

Colonial Properties Trust (CLP) - 8.3%


They own the apartment complex i currently live in. Almost like getting a rebate with this high yield, not to mention i bought in around $20 for a nice 20% gain.
